Our facility offers a number of opportunities to CrossFit enthusiasts. We have a 60 of sprint track, 55 feet of The Beast metal, and 30 yards of football turf. We have a great facility that’s big enough that you never have to worry about running out of room. We have a smoothie bar and a full facility that includes showers. It’s a great setup–but that doesn’t tell you what sets us apart. I Will CrossFit has some features that other gyms don’t provide.

A sense of community.

When you’re doing CrossFit, everyone is in it together. You aren’t competing against each other; you’re working together as you compete against your own to excel in ways that you could never have imagined.

Trainers who are standing by to help.

Our experienced trainers know that there are people who need the help offered by a trainer and people who prefer to work out in solitude. Whichever you might be, rest assured that our trainers will provide you with the style of workout you prefer. They’re standing by, ready to step in if you do need help, but they aren’t going to stand around and chat while you’re working hard, either.

We have the passion for helping you excel.

All of our CrossFit trainers are passionate about what they do. They know what it takes to dig down deep and find that extra push inside yourself when you’re sure that you’re going to have to give up, and they’re passionate about helping you reach your goals.

We offer two different types of classes.

Depending on your CrossFit skill and knowledge, we have the perfect class for you.

The Foundations Class

The overall purpose of our Foundations program is to provide members with the skills and knowledge to improve their health and fitness.

The Foundations class is necessary before attending our regular CrossFit classes and will allow members to gain a higher knowledge of fitness in a safe and effective way. We teach Mechanics first, then we build Consistency with those mechanics and then add in Intensity and Volume last.

Athletic Foundation is a place you will set baselines for weightlifting movements, learn your movement deficiencies and understand how to move appropriately for the greatest benefit. Should you want more of a challenge, after successful completion of one month of Foundations as well as the coach’s recommendation, members will be eligible to upgrade their membership and attend our CrossFit classes.

Should you for any reason not feel ready to join the regular CrossFit classes, or are just really enjoying the Foundations, you are welcome to stay in the class for as long as you want.

The CrossFit Class

You will find a unique blend of sports performance training with traditional CrossFit to create a hybrid fitness system. Every one of our workouts begins with an active dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for that particular day’s workout. Our CrossFit incorporates elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, traditional bodybuilding, running, sprinting, rowing and jumping into one comprehensive program and will simultaneously help to develop your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, and coordination. Each workout is programmed with the end in mind, to create a fitter and better you.

All of our coaches have received degrees in the fields of exercise science and kinesiology and bring their own extensive training backgrounds to the CrossFit experience, which creates a distinctive and challenging environment for all levels.

Whether you are a seasoned veteran or new to the sport of fitness, I Will CrossFit’s hybrid program will give you all the tools that you need to succeed.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I have been to tons of facilities around the country and never been to a larger, open, more usable space/facility than this. They have every piece of equipment you could ever ask for and when you are working out you aren’t crammed for space like other places. More importantly; the staff/coaches are very friendly, educated, non intimidating, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable while SAFELY pushing you to YOUR workout capacity. For me personally, i love that they are a “sport science” based facility and all their workouts are based around progression and performance, and NOT just made up to be the hardest workout imaginable that could lead to injury for no reason.

No matter your background (professional athlete, everyday gym member, weekend warrior, or just starting) this is the place for you. I promise if you try them out, you will love it and become part of their family. They will help you in anyway they can to reach your PERSONAL goal and SAFELY do so! LOVE THIS PLACE, give them a shot!

I have been doing CrossFit for many years and I know not all CrossFit’s are created equal. After doing a lot of research and trying a few gyms, my husband and I have signed up for I Will Cross Fit and we love it.

My husband is new to CrossFit and was intimidated by it till he actually gave it a shot. The coaches take their time explaining things and are patient with each one of us to make sure we get the optimum work out, as well as looking at our own fitness and health goals.

I am very happy with the decision we made and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a real workout 😉
